Weighed in today at 394.
Finally, the weight loss has picked back up. 7 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks....that's more like it. I think the muscle building has leveled off.
The goal now is to boost the cardio along with the weights to increase the weight loss.
What I'm not going to do is to do anything different with my eating. I'm probably eating more than someone on a diet would be expected to. About 2,500 calories a day.
But then again, I'm not really on a diet. And as the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
