WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST

I get asked all the time what I eat, so I decided I would start posting pictures and descriptions.  Here's what I had today.


From left to right:

A bottle of water with a Walmart brand "Orange Early Rise" drink packet.  10 calories
2 servings of Egg Beaters with some Smart Balance margarine and 2 Morningstar Hot and Spicy breakfast patties  260 calories
1 large banana 135 calories
1 packet of Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal with a small box of raisins 195 calories

Total: 600 calories

I'll eat at least 4 more times today, in addition to the normal workout. But that's what I'm currently eating for breakfast!
