Weighed in today and came in at 367 pounds. That's only a 4 pound loss in the last 2 weeks and the lowest loss in that amount of time since I started. Some observations:
-I haven't been doing much cardio these past 2 weeks, so I will increase that.
-I'm not changing what or how much I'm eating because I know it's the right amount and sometimes you just don't lose as much as you want.
Times like these...I just keep doing what I've been doing and enjoy the fact that I've lost 210 pounds in just under a year.
